Shipping, International Delivery & Returns
Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping policy applies to orders for delivery within the UK and Ireland. For other destinations, please see our International Delivery section below.
For stocked items our aim is to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, although please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. Delivery times quoted are exclusive of dispatch lead-time.
If required, we may be able to dispatch your order for next day delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check that this is possible before placing your order. We will send a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Items will routinely be delivered by standard parcel post or courier. Orders up to £15 will be charged postage and packing of £3.50. Orders up to £75 will be charged postage and packing of £4.95, and orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery (excluding tile orders).
All our tiles are handmade and finished to order, therefore are excluded from both the shipping policy stated above, and the standard returns policy. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email with a specific dispatch estimate, but as a guide the following lead times will apply:
Orders of up to 5 tiles - 1 week to dispatch
Orders of up to 200 tiles - 2 to 3 weeks to dispatch
Orders of over 200 tiles - 3 to 4 weeks to dispatch
Please ensure you select the appropriate delivery charge for your tile order at the checkout, depending on the total number of tiles in your order (other homeware or tableware items included in your purchase will be covered by the single delivery fee and dispatched immediately). Please note that orders containing tiles are not eligible for free delivery. The following scale of charges is applicable to tile orders:
Up to 10 tiles in order - £7.50
Up to 50 tiles in order - £15.00
Up to 100 tiles in order - £20.00
Up to 200 tiles in order - £30.00
Up to 300 tiles in order - £40.00
Over 300 tiles in order - £50.00
Please note that as all our tiles are made to order, they are not eligible for return. Therefore, we strongly advise you to order sample tiles before placing your full order.

For delivery outside the UK & Ireland, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote prior to placing your order.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your goods, you must write to us by email at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt for us to authorise your return. Goods must then be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the product value only (the cost of any postage charges will not be refunded). You will also be liable for the shipping costs of returning the goods to us. All items must be returned unused and in saleable condition in its original packaging. We take no responsibility for any returned items that are lost or stolen. Once we confirm receipt of your goods in saleable condition, we will issue a full refund (to the original payment card) or exchange credit.
As per our Tile Order paragraph above, tile purchases are excluded from this returns policy. We strongly advise you to order sample tiles before placing your full order.
If your goods are damaged upon receipt, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
You must contact us by email at email@example.com prior to dispatch to cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, goods may be returned in accordance with the returns policy stated above.
